How to Order

We endeavor to make your online shopping experience an enjoyable and simple one. To enhance your ordering process, we have provided the following ordering tips:

1. Clicking on the "Add to cart" order button will instantly add one (1) of the selected product to your shopping cart.
2. Clicking on a product name, product image will bring you to a product detail page that describes the product in more detail and allows you to order more than 1 product at different size.
3. Products can be deleted, product quantities edited, or all products removed, be clicking on the image of the shopping cart in the upper right corner of every page. This will bring you to the shopping cart for all cart functions.
4. When you place your intial order, you will be given the option to register as a Heit customer. Registering will speed up your order on your next visit.
5. Although customer information will be retained for shipping and customer service records, all customer information is 100% confidential and will not be sold to third parties outside of our company.
6. We reserve the right to cancel any orders from purchasers with a bad credit history. All instances of fraudulent activity will be reported to the Police.

Delivery

Credit Card / Postal Orders: please allow 7 days for delivery of your shoes.

Cheques: please allow 10-14 days for delivery as we have to wait for the cheque to clear.
