Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. You can return an item within 14 days of receipt.

You must get a RA (Return Authorization) Number from us before returning merchandise to us.

The RA number will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days of your request. You need to request an RA (Return Authorization) number before sending the product back to us. All returns without RA number will be refused.

Return package must be arrived to our warehouse within 14 days of your received date.

A copy of the Original Receipt is required for all returns.

All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts and packaging.

When you receive your shoes, please try them on a carpeted surface to protect the sole. Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the foot bed are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her cost.

A £7.5 fee will be charged for shoe boxes damaged due to customers applying shipping tape, address labels, or postage directly to the shoe box. To avoid this, please paper wrap the shoe box or use a separate ‘outer’ shipping box.
